Effective Date: October 18, 2026 · Compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) & Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Data Fiduciary & Business Details

This website (www.previsestudio.com) and the PREVISE 3D & VR learning applications are operated by PREVISE Studio Pvt. Ltd. (“Previse Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), acting as the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

2. Personal Data We Collect (Data Minimization)

We strictly follow the principle of data minimization and only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when submitting an enquiry, requesting a product quote, or signing up for iOS release notifications:

  • Contact & Enquiry Data: Institution/Hospital name, enquiry message, Full Name, Phone/WhatsApp number, and product quantity required.
  • Technical & Usage Data (Optional): Anonymized browser type, device viewport, and page interaction metrics only if you explicitly opt in to analytics cookies via our Cookie Consent banner.
  • No Sensitive Medical or Biometric Data: Our website and 3D/VR educational apps use simulated virtual models and do not collect real patient health records or biometric data from learners.

3. Purpose & Lawful Basis of Processing

In accordance with Sections 4 and 6 of the DPDP Act, 2023, we process your personal data solely for the specified purpose for which you have given free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent:

  • Responding to your demo requests, institutional hardware enquiries, or custom VR development questions.
  • Notifying you when requested iOS/iPadOS applications launch on the Apple App Store.
  • Maintaining website security, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable Indian laws.

4. Your Rights Under India's DPDP Act, 2023

As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following statutory rights:

  • Right to Access Information (Section 11): Obtain a summary of your personal data being processed and the processing activities undertaken by us.
  • Right to Correction & Erasure (Section 12): Request correction, completion, updating, or erasure of your personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose collected.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent (Section 6(4)): Withdraw your consent at any time with the same ease with which it was given, by emailing previsestudio@gmail.com.
  • Right of Grievance Redressal (Section 13): Register a grievance with our Grievance Officer regarding any aspect of data processing.
  • Right to Nominate (Section 14): Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

5. Children's Privacy

Our website and institutional enquiry forms are intended for university students, educators, healthcare professionals, and institutional administrators. In compliance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act, 2023, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 years of age without verifiable parental or institutional guardian consent, nor do we undertake tracking, behavioral monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children.

6. Third-Party Links, Embeds & Processors

To deliver a seamless experience, our website integrates the following limited third-party services:

  • Google Play Store & Apple App Store: Clicking store download buttons redirects you to official store listings governed by Google LLC and Apple Inc. privacy policies.
  • YouTube Privacy-Enhanced Mode: Video testimonials use youtube-nocookie.com embeds so YouTube does not store tracking cookies on your device unless you actively play a video.
  • Enquiry Delivery: Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to our official mailbox (previsestudio@gmail.com). We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

7. Data Retention & Security Safeguards

We implement reasonable security safeguards (including TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit and restricted access controls) to prevent personal data breaches as required under Section 8(5) of the DPDP Act, 2023. Enquiry records are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your request or comply with statutory tax/accounting obligations, after which they are securely erased.
