PREVISE Studio's 3D and Virtual Reality (VR) applications, SimAssist kiosks, anatomy holograms, and nursing guides are designed strictly as educational, simulation, and skill-development tools for students, educators, and healthcare institutions.
They do not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or patient treatment recommendations, and must never substitute for certified clinical supervision, institutional standard operating procedures (SOPs), or licensed medical judgment when caring for real patients.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice
All 3D anatomical models, VR simulations, animations, software code, custom graphics, product designs, audio-visual testimonials, and the PREVISE STUDIO name and logo are the exclusive intellectual property of PREVISE Studio Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Third-party trademarks, platform badges, and client company names/logos (including Google Play, Apple App Store, Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Windows Mixed Reality, and past engineering project partners) are used strictly for platform compatibility or factual historical project reference and remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Mobile Applications & Institutional Hardware
- App Store Downloads: Individual and 3D Pro applications downloaded via Google Play Store or Apple App Store are additionally governed by the respective store's End User License Agreement (EULA).
- Hardware & Institutional Orders: Specifications, screen sizes, and configurations shown on the Products page are indicative. Final pricing, warranty, delivery timelines, and institutional licensing are governed by formal quotations and purchase orders issued by PREVISE Studio Pvt. Ltd.
5. Permitted Use & Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or commercially exploit any 3D/VR assets, artwork, or content from this Website without prior written permission.
- Use automated scrapers or bots that degrade Website performance or security.
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized personal data through our enquiry forms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, PREVISE Studio Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use this Website or reliance on any simulation content.
